Class 2. Truffles & Enrobbed Chocolate bonbons. 2 types of truffles on ganache and 2 types of enrobbed chocolate bonbons (one-layered + two-layered filling with jam)

Class 3. Simple Decor: feathers, brush strokes, twists, ornament circles, broken chocolate effect

Class 4. Chocolate Pastry: classic chocolate muffin with ganache and chocolate glaze, classic chocolate brownies with nuts, whipped ganache

Class 5. Moulded Chocolates: working with cocoa butter and moulds

Class 6. Complex Decor: cubes, spheres, sheets, borders for cakes, swirles, circles. Working with plastic guitar sheets for chocolate

Class 7. Chocolate Flowers: lotus, artichoke, swirls and stems. Working with freeze spray
